The following land and sites are those of which we have become aware and are either being marketed by the vendors or by other appointed agents. If you are not already aware of these development opportunities, we will be happy to provide you with further details and contact information on a retained basis. In the event of a successful purchase of any of these sites, it is agreed to pay Palmer Snell either a fixed introduction fee or a percentage acquisition commission to be agreed, plus VAT at the prevailing rates, all payable upon completion.
