    Dissatisfied

    I was talked in to using countrywide services recommended solicitor, I was told this would make it faster it turned out the complete opposite and cost me a lot of money! I won’t be using again.

    My service feedback with Sales

    The recommended sale price (which was some £15K more than other agents suggested and hence got PS the job) was reduced, at the advice of PS, within a fortnight. The cynical view of this is that the so called premium price was only suggested to secure PS the job.

    Incompetent of their job. Rubbish very slow, they took 5 months

    There service was absolutely rubbish. I had to phone every other day to try and get information and then was fobbed off loads of times with contradicting excuses and promises. Even the solicitor had trouble getting the correct information from them
