    Matthew Theobald @ Boscombe = Awesome

    Matthew Theobald at the Boscombe branch of Palmer Snell was excellent. When our first buyer fell through he remained engaged and got another buyer very quickly. He was present throughout the process, driving both solicitors at the end to get the sale completed before Christmas. His knowledge of the local market is second to none.

    Professional, courteous and ever-helpful

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Palmer Snell (Wells) who acted professionally and courteously in all aspects of the sale of my house. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt part of a team with them in the project of selling our house. I would recommend them to anyone.

    brilliant customer service.

    the person knew what he was talking about not like the other estate agents who just showed me pictures of the price to expect in the area , olly measured everything, I could see he knew what he was talking about, and katrina was also excellent .

    My service feedback with Sales

    The service I received from the team was excellant. I was selling my fathers house and as I was 100 miles away they handled all the viewings and kept me up to date with what was going on. I would have given the overall service an excellant rating but I was a little unhappy that the fee was based on the original asking price not the price achieved which I had not experienced before. I did know when I signed up but I do feel its a bit unfair on the seller as the asking price is rarely achieved.
